Restorative Movement originated from the recognition that individuals facing chronic pain, injury, or health obstacles required a tailored approach to support their physical well-being. Over time, it has transformed into a place where individuals from diverse backgrounds find joy in an effective and purposeful exercise environment, tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Session Information

The work I do is driven by a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals facing health challenges or injuries, as well as those seeking an alternative perspective on fitness. My lived experience fuels my dedication to crafting methods that offer support, empowerment, and holistic well-being to all who walk through the door. I can’t wait to meet you!”

Catherine completed her mat and reformer pilates training through Balanced Body. She is certified in The Fundamentals of the Integral Movement Method through The Ehlers Danlos Society. She is also a certified Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist through The Pink Ribbon Program™.

The Pink Ribbon™ post-operative Breast Cancer Recovery Exercise program is available at Restorative Movement. The Pink Ribbon Program, founded by Doreen Puglisi, MS, was created to support breast cancer survivors during the recovery process. Benefits of The Pink Ribbon Program include:
reduce cancer related fatigue
increase muscle mass, strength, and endurance
increase in daily functional activities
reduction in pain and nausea
improves sleep

The 6 week post-operative protocol supports restoration of movement and improvement in functional ability. Both group and individual sessions for the post-operative program are available. For more information, please contact Catherine Greene.
